Ultimate Truffle Cheeseburger
Ingredients:
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 2 Burger Patties
- Grated mature cheddar
- Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 Teaspoon Butter
- 25g Fresh Black summer Truffle (Optional)
Directions:
- Fry 2 burger patties in a large pan on a high heat until cooked to your liking
- Heat the grated cheddar in a saucepan on the hob until melted
- Slice the brioche bun in half and coat the top with butter & a sprinkle of grated parmesan. Then place in a preheated oven to warm the buns, but not to toast them
- Generously coat the warm burger buns with Ultimate Truffle Mayo (both sides)
- Layer the 2 burger patties on the burger bun base & then pour over the now melted cheddar cheese.
- Grate fresh truffle over the top for that extra wow factor
- Place the brioche burger top onto your masterpiece and get your camera ready for the ‘squeeze’ shot!
