Truffle Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients:

- 200g Dried Spaghetti

- Signature Truffle Dust

- 1x White Onions

- 1 x Carrots

- 1 x Celery

- 3 x Garlic Cloves

- 1 x Beef Stock Pot

- 400g Tin Tomatoes 

- 2 x tbsp Tomato Puree 

- 150ml Red Wine 

- 4 x Rashers Streaky Bacon 

- 600g Beef Mince (12.5% Fat) 

- 50g Parmesan Cheese 

- Rosemary 

- Olive Oil 

Directions:

-Start by prepping your ingredients. Finely dice your onions, celery, carrots, and garlic.

- In the pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and all your minced meat. Cook on a medium heat and stir regularly until the minced are browned. Once browned, remove the minced and put in a bowl to one side. 

- To the same pan with the leftover beef fat, add your bacon and cook for a couple of minutes before adding the chopped onions, celery, carrots and garlic and cook on a medium heat until the onions are translucent. Once Translucent, add back your minced meat before then adding your tomato puree, red wine and tinned tomatoes. 

- Add some boiling water to a cup with your beef stock, mix in well before adding to the pan before giving everything a good mix, add a couple of sprigs of rosemary and allow to simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes. 

- Remove the rosemary and give everything a good mix. Here’s for the truffle addition. To your bolognaise, add a generous shower of Truffle Guys Truffle Dust and mix into the meat sauce. Allow to simmer and infuse whilst you prepare your spaghetti. 

- To a saucepan, add water and bring to boil. Add your spaghetti and cook to the packets instructions or until al dente.

- To plate, add a desired spaghetti portion to a plate and top with your truffle bolognaise. Finish with a downpour of freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy.
