Truffle Mustard Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:

- 6 sausages

- 1 sheet puff pastry

- 2 eggs, beaten

- Sesame seeds

- 2.5 Tbsp Gourmet Truffle Mustard

Directions:

- Take the sausages out of their skins and place in a bowl. Add the truffle mustard, season and mix everything together by hand.

- Roll out the sheet of pastry onto a clean board then along the long edge place the sausage meat about 2 inches in in a long neat line.

- Next, brush some beaten egg along the pastry next to the sausage. Fold the pastry over the sausage then press down to secure.

- Crimp with a fork then trim down the edge. Brush the whole roll with egg then season with salt and top with sesames seeds.

- Cut the roll into 6 then carefully transfer to a lined baking sheet.

- Place in the oven at 180c for 30 minutes. When cooked, place on a wire rack.
