Sausage & Egg Mcmuffin
Directions:
- Take the sausages out of their skins and add to a bowl. Form into two patties then set aside.
- Place a frying pan over a medium heat then when hot add the sausage patties and cook for a few minutes each side.
- Next slice your muffin in half and toast in the pan until golden.
- Finally clean out the pan and fry an egg in a little oil.
- To assemble the muffin, spread over some truffle ketchup on the base, then patty, cheese, patty, cheese, egg and top with the muffin lid. Enjoy.
