Truffle Mushroom Burger

Ingredients:

- 2 portobello mushrooms

- 4 slices of halloumi

- Handful of rocket

- 2 brioche buns

- Splash of Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tbsp chilli jam

- Ultimate Truffle Mayo

Directions:

- Preheat the oven to 200c.

- Drizzle some olive oil and Worcestershire sauce over the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper then place on a baking tray and into the oven. Cook the mushrooms for ten minutes.

- Meanwhile toast the brioche buns in a dry pan until golden brown. Next add a little oil to the pan and fry the halloumi until golden brown.

- To assemble, spread some truffle mayo on the bottom of the bun then add the mushroom, halloumi, chilli jam and rocket and top with the bun.
