Truffle Guys Oven roasted asparagus

A quick and easy side dish, with the Truffle Guys upgrade. Little tip; easiest way to trim the woody bottoms of the asparagus; hold the stalk in your hand and gently bend it, it will break off where its supposed to! Drizzled with Truffle Guys White Truffle Oil.

Ingredients

• 1 lb asparagus  
  
• 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  
• Salt and freshly ground pepper 
  
• 2-3 tablespoons Truffle Guys White Truffle Oil
  
• 1/3 cup cup shaved parmigiana

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 215C degrees. Line a bring sheet with asparagus
   
2. Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and ground pepper (use truffle guys black truffle salt for extra truffle goodness). Toss lightly to coat asparagus
   
3. Roast for 8-10 minutes 
   
4. Remove from oven and drizzle with Truffle Guys white truffle oil
5. Transfer to serving platter and top with shaved parmigiana
