Truffle Guys Roast Beef Beast Sandwich

A hearty midday meal that has a tasty twist you won’t be able to resist! Using our Truffle Guys Gourmet Truffle Mustard for the ultimate sandwich goals!

Ingredients 

• 2 Slices of your favorite hearty bread  
  
• 1 tablespoon of Truffle Guys Gourmet Mustard
  
• 2 slices of tomato, sliced 1/2cm thick
  
• 3oz oven roasted beef slices
  
• 2 slices of Lacey Swiss cheese
• 1/4 cup red onion, shaved
• 1/4 cup of green leaf lettuce

Directions

1. On a clean work surface, spread our Truffle Guys gourmet mustard onto slice of bread
   
2. Layer remaining ingredients in the following order: lettuce, tomato, roast beef, Lacey Swiss cheese & red onions
   
3. Crown with second slice of bread and enjoy!
