Truffle Cauliflower Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

- 100g cauliflower florets

- 100g cream cheese

- 25ml milk

- 150g parmesan, grated

- 1 tsp nutmeg

- 1tsp Truffle Dust

- 1 slice of bread

- Seasoning – salt and pepper 

- White Truffle Oil

Directions:

-Pre-heat oven to 180°C

- In a bowl, add the cream cheese along with the milk, parmesan, nutmeg and Truffle Dust. Mix to combine and season to taste

- Add the cauliflower florets and mix until fully combined

-Add the cheesy cauliflower to an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with the Truffle Dust and a final layer parmesan cheese and then bake for 30 – 35 minutes until golden

- Toast your bread

- Top your toast with the cheesy cauliflower and finish with a light drizzle of White Truffle Oil
