Tag-Teamed Glazed Truffle Salmon
Ingredients:
- Salmon Fillets
- Fresh Lemon
- Fresh Chives
- Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- Lay your salmon fillets on a baking tray, skin side down. Season with some salt and pepper
-Slice your lemon in half and in a bowl mix the juice of half a lemon, three teaspoons of Gourmet Truffle Honey and a generous squeeze of Seriously Good Truffle Balsamic Glaze
- Generously coat your salmon fillets with your truffle mix and leave the remainder of the mix for a second coat halfway through cooking
- Slice the second half of the lemon into thin slices and lace them over your salmon before adding to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and give the salmon a second coat of that truffle deliciousness you created and pop back into the oven for 10 mins or until the outer sides of the salmon are crisp and sticky
- To serve, add some chopped chives, sesame seeds and if you’re a true truffle lover, then don’t hold back on some extra Truffle Honey and Truffle Glaze. What is a calorie anyway… anyone ever seen one?!
