Crisp Coated Truffle Halloumi Fries
Ingredients:
- Halloumi
- Plain Flour
- Rapeseed Oil
- Natural Yoghurt
- Fresh Mint
- Pomegranate
Directions:
- Cut your Halloumi into fries
-On a plate, add some plain flour and evenly coat each of the fries
- Heat the oil in a pan (about 1.5 inches of oil should do it).
- Once the oil is hot, add the fries and cook for around 10 mins until the outside of the fries are brown and crisp
- Remove the fries and add them to a wired rack with some kitchen tissue underneath to catch any excess oil
- Whilst they are cooling, in a bowl, mix some natural yoghurt, finely chopped mint and a drizzle of Truffle Guys Gourmet Truffle Honey
-To serve, pile the fries onto a plate and splash some of that minty yogurt sauce all over the fries. Get drizzling with the Truffle Guys Gourmet Truffle Honey and sprinkle some pomegranate evenly
