Sweet ‘N’ Tangy Truffle Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

- Carrots

- Parsnips

- Red Onions

- Chestnut Mushrooms

- Olive Oil

- Salt

- Truffle Guys Seriously Good Balsamic Glaze

Directions:

- To prep the veg, you need to give everything a good wash and cut the parsnips into quarters. Peel the onion and cut the onion in half before cutting each half into fours. You should be left with eight wedges.

- Place the vegetables into a baking tray and drizzle with some olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and a generous helping of the Truffle Guys Seriously Good Balsamic Glaze. Mix the veggies together until evenly coated and ensuring they are all separated and not stacked on top of one another.

- Add the tray to the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. If you like your veg crispy, then cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

- Remove the tray from the over and add the vegetables to a serving plate. Before serving give that wholesome plate of goodness some extra loving by another helping of the Truffle Guys Seriously Good Balsamic Glaze and serve.
