- Conchiglie (60-100g per person)

- Nduja (20g per person)

- Parmesan

- Truffle Pasta Sauce

Directions:

- Cook pasta as per pack instructions & save some pasta water.

- In a pan heat the Pasta Sauce & Nduja to a simmer.

- Once the pasta is cooked mix with the sauce and add a little splash of pasta water until glossy.

- Plate & sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
