Roast Tomatoes with Burrata and White Truffle Oil

Ingredients:

- Handful of vine tomatoes

-2 cloves garlic

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 1 Burrata

- Basil

- White Truffle Oil

Directions:

- Preheat the oven to 160c. Cut the tomatoes and place in a snug fitting tray with a few whole cloves of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, dried oregano and season generously with salt and pepper.

- Place the tomatoes in the oven and allow to cook for 45 minutes.

- Place the roasted tomatoes on a plate and top with a whole burrata and a few basil leaves. Season the burrata with salt then drizzle with lots of truffle oil.
