Ingredients:

- 6 sausages

- 12 rashers of streaky bacon

- Truffle Honey

- Gourmet Truffle Mustard

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 200c

- Lay out two pieces of bacon and brush with truffle mustard then wrap around sausage. Repeat with the rest of the sausages.

- Place in the oven for 30 minutes.

- Remove from the oven and brush with the truffle honey before returning to the oven for a final 5 minutes.
