TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in our “Truffle Guys Voucher Giveaway” (the "Promotion"). These are the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") for the Promotion. Entry/claim instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this Promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read the following carefully. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

Eligibility and Entry

1.    The Promotion is open to anyone EXCEPT the following who are not eligible to enter: employees, consultants, contractors, and agents of the Promoter and any of its Affiliates and anyone else professionally associated with the Promotion (including the Data Processors).

2.    Entrants must be 18 years or over. 

3.    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.

4.    The Promotion consists of the following prize draw on Saturday, 16^th September 2023

5.    To enter a Prize Draw, each entrant will need to submit the information required in the online entry form and confirm their personal data use preferences.

6.    For the Prize Draw there is a maximum of 1 entry per person. Sharing of accounts for the purposes of this Promotion is not allowed.

7.    The company will not accept entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties or in bulk; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; (d) incomplete; (e) on behalf of another person; or (f) joint submissions. If the company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached clause 6, the company may disqualify you.

8. Entries received after the Closing Date for the applicable Prize Draw will not be accepted.

9. The company and/or its agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware, the entrant’s social media privacy settings or software failure of any kind; which may restrict, delay or prevent the sending or receipt of your entry.

10. The Promoter and/or its agents do not accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

11. The company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating any entry) the company reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry, or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. 

12. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 

13. The winners will be selected by the company based on the ‘closest guess’. In the event of multiple correct winning guesses, each entry will win the prize in full.

14. The company will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, including via email (using details provided at entry) 48 hours of the Closing Date set out in clause 4.

15. The company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

16. The company reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so (including in the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the Promotion impossible or impractical). The company will not be liable for any loss whatsoever because of cancellation of the Promotion.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the company, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter and/or its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram do not bear any responsibility for this Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion.

19. Entrants will automatically be signed up to Truffle Guys email marketing unless opted out.

20. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

21. If any clause in these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, then such clause or part of such clause shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

22. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

23. The company must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The name of each winner will be made available after the conclusion. If you object to your surname being published or made available, please contact the company. In such circumstances, the company must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority in the UK on request.
