Vegan Friendly Truffled Mushrooms on Toast

Ingredients:

- 1 Slice Bread of your choice

- 3 handfuls of Chestnut Mushrooms

- 2 tsp Plant-Based Crème Fraiche (we used Oatly)

- 2 tsp Olive Oil

- 1 Garlic Clove

- Fresh Parsley

- 1 tsp Gourmet Truffle Mustard

- Signature Truffle Dust

Directions:

- Roughly slice your mushrooms to 1cm in thickness.

- Peel and finely dice your garlic clove as well as chopping your parsley

- In a frying pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil together with the chopped garlic and fry on a high heat

- After 30 seconds add your sliced mushrooms and give it a mix. Cook for 2 minutes.

- Turn down the heat low and add both the crème fraiche and Gourmet Truffle Mustard before giving it all good mix! Whilst this is cooking on a low heat, move onto the next step.

- Let the mix cook and heat the other 1 tsp of Olive Oil in a separate pan. Once hot, add your sliced bread and mix it around the oil so it is well covered. Flip after a minute and repeat until the bread is toasted to your liking.

- Plate up by adding your truffled mushroom mix on top of your toast. Finish up with a shaking or two of the Signature Truffle Dust as well as adding the parsley for freshness
