Truffle Poutine
Ingredients:
- 500g frozen chips
- Parsley
- 250ml gravy
- 75g mature cheddar, grated
- 75g cooking mozzarella, grated
Directions:
- Cook the chips according to packet instructions then season with salt.
- Place the chips on a plate, then top with the grated cheese. Pour over the piping-hot gravy which will melt the cheese.
- Liberally shake over some truffle dust then finish with the scattering of chopped parsley.
