- 150g Burrata per person

- Salami slices

- Fresh Sourdough bread

- Truffle Guys Gourmet Black Truffle Honey

Directions:

- Firstly slice the sourdough bread into thick slices & toast

- Generously layer Salami (as much as you desire)

- Spread a thick layer of Burrata on top of the Salami

-Drizzle drizzle drizzle Truffle Guys Gourmet Black Truffle Honey on top & serve.
