Delicious Potato Dauphinoise with Truffle Mustard & Truffle Dust

Ingredients:

- 250ml Double Cream

- 500ml Milk

- 6-8 Large Potatoes

- Cheddar Cheese

- 2 Garlic Cloves

- Rosemary

- Gourmet Truffle Mustard

- Signature Truffle Dust

Directions:

- Tip 250ml cream, 500ml milk and sliced garlic into a large saucepan and bring to a simmer, now whisk in 1 Tbsp Gourmet Truffle Mustard

- Meanwhile slice the potatoes and layer them into to a baking dish.

- Pour over the milk & cream mix & top with grated cheddar cheese.

- Sprinkle with Signature Truffle Dust & top with some rosemary & Bake in the oven for 1hour until golden brown on top.
