Truffle Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 Eggs

- 3 Rashers Streaky Bacon

- Whole Romaine Lettuce

- 1 Cup Garlic Croutons

- 1 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese

- Store Bought Caesar Dressing

- White Truffle Oil

- Signature truffle Dust

Directions:

-Start with your eggs by bringing a small saucepan to boil. Once your water is boiling, gently place your eggs and allow to cook for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Once this time has elapsed, immediately remove your eggs from the boiling water and place them in a bowl of cold water. Leave them to one side to fully cool.

-In a frying pan, add your streaky bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes in each side until crisp before removing from the pan and placing on some kitchen towel to drain any excess fat.

- To a large bowl, add your lettuce leaves and croutons. In small bowl, add your Caesar dressing and 2 tbsp of Truffle Oil and give it a mix. Drizzle over your salad and give everything a good mix.

- Crack your crispy bacon and add to the large bowl along with some shavings of Parmesan.  

- Lightly tap the base of your eggs on the counter to crack the shell and then carefully remove all the shell. Cut your eggs in half and add them to your salad.  

- Finally, take your Truffle Dust and evenly dust your salad creating an earthy downpour of that truffle goodness to complete what is already a simple, but incredible sharing salad.
