Smoked salmon canapés with Truffle Mayo (serves 20 canapés)

Easy and elegant appetizer!

Ingredients

• 12 ounces sliced smoked salmon
• 1/4 large cucumber sliced thinly
• Baguette cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
• 1/2 cup Truffle Guys Ultimate Truffle Mayo
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• Dill to top

Directions

1. Assemble canapés by adding a layer of Truffle Guys ultimate truffle mayo, and then salmon and cucumber slices
2. Garnish with dill
3. Serve immediately
