Feta Saganaki with Truffle Honey

Ingredients:

- Whole Feta

- Gourmet Truffle Honey

- 2 Eggs

- 1 Cup Flour

- Handful Mixed Sesame Seeds

- Olive oil

- Salt & Pepper

Directions:

-To prep, add seasoned flour (salt and pepper) to one bowl, eggs to a second and your sesame seeds to another

- Take your whole feta block and place it a bowl of flour and ensure it is completely covered

- Crack your eggs into a bowl and give it a mix before then adding your feta block

-Add the egg coated block to your bowl of sesame seeds and evenly cover each side

- Heat some oil in a pan (brought to at least cover the surface of your pan) and place your coated block and cook for 2 minutes each side or until crisp. Remove from the pan and allow to rest for a moment on some kitchen towel to soak up any excess oil

- Plate your saganaki and drizzle over some sweet truffle goodness in the form of our Truffle Honey. The crisp texture combined with salty and sweet flavours make this recipe a true hit at any dinner party
