Truffle BBQ Rocks

Ingredients:

- 2 x Chicken Breast

- Smoky Truffle BBQ Sauce

- Extra Truffle Mayo

- 1 x Cup Breadcrumbs

- 1 Cup Flour

- 2 x Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

- 2 x Eggs

- Salt & Pepper

Directions:

-Cut your chicken into bite sized chunks

- In a bowl, beat your eggs and in a separate plate, add the flour and cayenne pepper and to a third bowl, your breadcrumbs.

- Piece by piece add the chicken chunks to flour, then the egg mix before finally coating in the breadcrumbs.

-Heat your sunflower oil to around 280 degrees and add your chicken to the oil cooking for around 4 minutes

- Remove the chicken pieces and add them to some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil

- Add your chicken rocks to a mixing bowl and pour half a bottle of Truffle Guys Smoky BBQ Sauce over them before given them a good toss. Make sure they are evenly coated

- Remove the rocks from the bowl and plate. Once plated, pour the remaining sauce from the bowl over the top of the rocks, sprinkle some chives and sesame seeds for presentation and enjoy! If you want double truffle, then why not serve with our Extra Truffle Mayo as the perfect dipping sauce
