- Rack of Pork Ribs

- Smokey Truffle BBQ Sauce

- ½ cup Brown Sugar

- ½ cup Paprika

- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder

- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder

- 1 tablespoon Salt

- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper (ground)

- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

-In a bowl add all your spices and give them a mix to formulate your rub

- Take your ribs, pat them dry with some kitchen towel and evenly coat them on both sides with your spice mix making sure every nook and cranny are seasoned!

- Tightly cover your ribs in tin foil and make sure they are sealed tightly so no juice drips out and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes

-Remove from the oven and drain any juices from the tin foil package and place your ribs on a baking tray. With a brush, coat the ribs with a single layer of Truffle Guys Smokey BBQ Sauce and place them back in the oven for 10 minutes

- Remove from the oven once again and this time you want to smother the ribs with some more of that truffle BBQ incredibleness and place them directly under the grill for 5-10 minutes until the BBQ Sauce is bubbling and the sauce starts to caramelise.

- Plate, carve and share at your own risk…. You will regret not eating the full rack!
