Grade A Fresh Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivium) - 200g

Tuber Aestivum, the Black Summer Truffle is black and brown in colour and can be easily recognised by the pyramid shaped elevations on the surface and their flesh is firm with brown and white veins. Tuber Aestivum have a very mild taste with an aroma that shows malt and garlic like notes.

NOTICE ABOUT ORDERING

Our truffles are freshly extracted, collected and cleaned before being sent to us to satisfy our orders. The way it works in terms of ordering is incredibly simple, but you must plan ahead.

We work on a weekly fulfilment programme which means that all orders are dispatched on a Wednesdays for delivery in time for the weekend.

However, all orders must be received before Sunday’s cut off of 2:00pm in order to receive your order that week. All orders received after this point will carry over to the following weeks fulfilment (Bank Holidays may impact the delivery times so please email us if you have specific date requirements).
