Grade A Fresh White Autumn Truffles (Magnatum Pico) – 50g

The White Alba Truffle is sometimes referred to as the Piedmont Truffle and is probably the most popular truffle in all of Italy. In comparison to the Dark Coloured Winter Truffles, Magnatum Pico has an off-white beige colour and its skin is smooth. They have a crunchy interior and the colour can vary from a yellowish/grey to brown tones, but is always interspersed with a fine, light grain. The taste of this particular truffle holds a strong garlic and onion note, but with a hint of cheese.

NOTICE ABOUT ORDERING

Our truffles are freshly extracted, collected and cleaned before being sent to us to satisfy our orders. The way it works in terms of ordering is incredibly simple, but you must plan ahead.

We work on a weekly fulfilment programme which means that all orders are dispatched on a Wednesdays for delivery in time for the weekend.

However, all orders must be received before Sunday’s cut off of 2:00pm in order to receive your order that week. All orders received after this point will carry over to the following weeks fulfilment (Bank Holidays may impact the delivery times so please email us if you have specific date requirements).
